Trane rooftop units, chillers, and air handlers are some of the most common equipment in Louisiana commercial buildings, and Trane's Tracer controls run them: Symbio 700 and 800 controllers on rooftop units and chillers, Symbio 500 and 210 programmable controllers for air handlers and VAV boxes (successors to the Tracer UC400 and UC600), and Tracer SC+ system controllers with the Tracer Synchrony interface on top, or Tracer Concierge in smaller buildings. Tracer is Trane's own platform, but it supports BACnet, so a Trane building can grow on Tracer or share data with a Niagara or mixed-vendor front end. Everyone on the Vertex staff is Trane Tracer Elite certified. We install and program Tracer systems, add new Trane equipment to existing ones, and service and upgrade older Tracer Summit sites.
WHAT WE DO ON TRANE
A Tracer Elite certified team
Everyone on our staff holds Trane Tracer Elite certification, so the technician on your site knows Tracer itself, not just generic BACnet.
New Tracer installs
Tracer SC+ or Concierge systems and Symbio controllers engineered, installed, wired, and programmed, with schedules, trends, alarms, and graphics, for new construction, additions, and equipment replacements.
New Trane equipment on the network
New Trane units with Symbio controls brought onto the building network and into the front end alongside existing equipment.
Service, upgrades, and BACnet integration
Troubleshooting, Tracer Summit upgrades, and BACnet integration of Trane systems with Niagara and the other brands in the building.
